Soft Interview Room — LCSO

In an effort to further support trauma-informed care for victims, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with Project Beloved to establish a Soft Interview Room. Featuring warm lighting, comfortable furniture, and calming décor, the room is carefully designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for victims to share their experiences. LCSO Investigator Cindy Adair collaborated closely with the organization on what color pallets were most conducive to reducing stress, what comfort items needed to be in the room, and how to make the layout more welcoming.
